Time for BeachWork!

Nothing gets me more excited than heading south to warmer climates during the cold winter here in Canada.

So, it was time for BeachWork!

But this BeachWork was different and even more important than just enjoying the warmer weather.

Why? Because I was with my amazing team, thanks to a company incentive that got us all energized.

BTW, getting out of the cold Canadian winter should be enough of an incentive, right? 

So while we all get to enjoy the warm Mexican waters, beaches and hospitality, our team also gets to strategize, recognize, and fraternize, all at the same time.

It is a win-win-win situation!

And thanks to the company incentive, we were at a 5 star resort and at no cost.

Is your company or organization doing that for you?

You know, there are so many benefits to these incentives.  

You get to mingle with other top leaders and learn what’s new with the company firsthand. 

You get to do planning and strategizing, develop stronger relationships and provide appreciation/recognition.

Recognition is one of the most important things all humans want.  To be recognized for who we are and what we did.

So I did a little recognition here in Mexico.  

I gave all my team members a gift for qualifying for the incentive trip.

I was so appreciative and I wanted to do something more than just congratulating them for their hard work.

It wasn’t a big gift but it was one that conveys the most important aspect of this business – to believe.

You see you  have to believe – in the company, the products, but most importantly in yourself.  

So I gave them something to remind them and help them to “believe” every day.  

So yes, it was definitely time for BeachWork here in Mexico this week. 

But more importantly, it was time to build existing and new relationships, plan and strategize, and recognize my amazing team for what they accomplished.

It’s such a great way to start off 2020!
