How To Choose A Good Mentor

Reading time: minute(s)

Wanting a mentor is one thing, but actually finding a mentor is another matter entirely.  Here’s a simple process for choosing a mentor that will help you achieve your true potential:

1.  Find somebody who is already living your dream and ask them to mentor you.  They need to have proven results and not just offer some $2K per month coaching program.  If you’ve never heard of them, then there’s a very good reason for that.

2.  You need a mentor who truly cares about you being successful and who has no hidden financial or other agenda for mentoring you.  Follow your gut instinct here – if it feels like scam it most likely is.

3.  Ask.  You’d be amazed at how reluctant people are to actually ask for mentoring from somebody.  Not everyone is suitable to mentor you but unless you ask him or her, you’ll never know!

I have been honoured by the number of people who have asked me to mentor them.  Click here to contact me if you’d like to learn more about my mentoring program.   I’d love to hear from you!
