Your Most Important Commodity – TIME

Most people I talk to these days seem to always BE busy…and with that, complain about the lack of time.  Time, they are missing with their family & friends or time they are missing to relax and unwind, time they are missing to travel and even time they are missing to do stuff around the house.  Here’s the thing, most people want to spend time on what’s important to them, but unfortunately they have to work so many hours just to make ends meet.  And in some cases, the demands of management jobs are exhausting with no extra compensation for extra time worked.

I bring this up as we are in the middle of summer vacations.  For the majority of the population, the money we make does not always generate enough to cover a decent vacation.  And, I’m not even talking about first class here.   Let me ask you this…can you really take a vacation without worrying about the money you’re spending?

For the most part, we cut ourselves short of our dreams and goals…because of money issues.  In today’s economy, we really have to look at how we can earn other income.  But I’m not talking about another job that takes you away for hours and hours away from your family.  What I am referring to here is the notion of leveraged income.  You’ve heard me talk about it before…and I am here again to remind you of the possibilities it offers.  For example, I was able to leave for a week on a last minute basis to visit my daughter in St. Louis and make a quick stop to Chicago on the way there.  This could not have happened if it were not for my residual (leveraged) income that I created from my network marketing business and my real estate income properties business.

Here is the reality of it all.  Residual (leveraged) income is the only way to more time freedom.  I did not understand this concept until I started working in the network marketing industry with my health and wellness company.  I was introduced to it by my sister who was associated with a group of medical professionals that were building a residual income on the side of their day jobs.  I thought to myself, if they were doing this, then I certainly have to evaluate it.  Once I did my due diligence, I jumped in and learned everything possible about this industry and how it works.  I fell in love with it and ever since then (8 years ago) I have built a very significant income along side of my day job.  Now, I am running my businesses from home on a part time basis, but with a full time income. This is powerful once you realize that your most important commodity is TIME.
