In order to really succeed in network marketing and direct sales, it’s vital you understand the valuable concept of leverage.  So, here is why I love this leveraged biz model.

Network marketing is a real and viable business, but it is a little different to a traditional business model.

In a regular retail store or even an online store, the customers buy products and the business owners make all the profit, while the staff gets paid a salary.  With big businesses, the customers still buy the products, and the business owners may also include share holders who get all the profits. The staff still gets paid a salary.

Yet, with network marketing and direct sales, the business model incorporates additional ways to generate revenue. As in any business, there are products or services that customers buy to generate sales for the home business owner.

However, you also have a vehicle available to create residual income with this biz model. Not all your customers will want to buy products from you. Instead, they may like those products so much that they want to become distributors themselves and start recommending those products to create profit for themselves.

“The richest people in the world build networks, everyone else is trained to look for work!” – Robert Kiyosaki, Author Rich Dad Poor Dad

At this point, your customer turns into a business owner, but also becomes a member of your own team at the same time. That team member starts building up a customer base of their own, and a portion of the profits flows through to your business.

Now, imagine if you had a team of people recommending and selling products to their customers. Each team member is building a successful business of their own, but you still get rewarded with a portion of the profits they make.

Through network marketing, millions of lives around the world have been impacted by what we believe is the BEST entrepreneurial vehicle in the world. – Eric Worre, Network Marketing Pro

The ability to leverage people on your team and to help them build their own business even as you are building up yours at the same time, is the true key to success in network marketing and direct sales.

This is a true win-win business model. Once you understand it, you’ll never look back.

You see, when I first started my business 15 years ago, I did my due diligence to make sure I was getting into an ethical business model (even though there was skepticism on my part), but once I heard from other people in the industry (third party validation) I was confident enough to take a leap of faith.

However, the true understanding of it did not come until I launched my business, with my coaches and mentors and followed their direction and guidance.

They showed me the way and the power of this model and how leverage works.

I now promote it as one of the best ways to earn residual income to have a freedom lifestyle where you can live life on your terms. It will all make sense once you jump in and work with your team leaders and your team members who you bring on board.

Right now, I’m working from home because of Covid-19, however most times, I’m working from anywhere in the world with my teams. There is no other way to truly have a leveraged income stream, one that allows you to travel and earn significant lifestyle income or what is often referred to as “beach” money.

As a real estate investor with several properties, it also creates leveraged income, but not as quickly achievable and not without high risk.  Most people think getting a few real estate investments is sexy, but I can tell you, as attractive as it is, it’s very difficult for most people to achieve it, and in such a short period of time.

“I would rather earn 1% of 100 people’s efforts than 100% of my own efforts.” – J. Paul Getty

This is why, I recommend the business model of network marketing, as long as you make a commitment to build it (a few hours per week) and be guided by your team leaders to achieve maximum results.  Click here to check out my book, Creating Freedom and why I love this leveraged biz model.
