Trust is such an important word in our life. Maybe the most important.
Whether it is in personal or business relationships, it is essential to the success or longevity of that connection.
That is why building trust in my relationships is something I focus on every day.
It needs to be tended to, not assumed, and nurtured constantly for it to grow.
But let’s talk about something that is just as important.
And that is trusting the process.
Can I actually succeed if I don’t trust the process that I am following?
If I don’t believe it will work, then no matter how hard I try, it won’t work.
If I keep changing the process, will it be followed by my team?
No, it will create doubt in their minds that I will change it the next day, week, month, whatever!
Really, who would want to work with me then?
So, I have to trust the process I am following. It is essential to getting to where I want to go.
Trusting the process and following it, is key to success in my business and life.
So, when I trust the process, I will believe in it, I will apply it each and every day.
I will also be duplicatable, confident and take the steps in the order to be focused and consistent.
Trusting the process makes life simpler, right.
If I trust that something will work, then I don’t keep searching for something else to work that wastes time and energy.
When I first started in my business and became a lifestyle entrepreneur, I followed my success leader in every way and because of that, I achieved results early on, which then had me believe that if she can do it, so can I.
By trusting the process, I empower my team as well. I have confidence in them that they too can follow the process and succeed in the same way.
I already know the business processes that I am using work. They have been proven and verified.
So don’t reinvent the wheel. Trust the process and follow it every day.
