Way back, in my early 20s, I immersed myself in personal growth and the first course I attended was called The Master Key Program.  At the time, over 30 yrs ago (wow!), it was really unknown territory. Some people even labeled it as a cult and told me that I was crazy to spend money on weekend training like this!  

Luckily for me, I didn’t listen! I now know for sure that all of the work I did on myself directly affected my success in my personal and my work/business life. Though at the time I did not realize the positive impact it had on my life, as I watched my goals and dreams come true it became abundantly clear. Although most of us have had some type of adversity to deal with, I know the personal growth work I did over the years, helped me get through some of the toughest times, like losing my father when I was 21 and later in life, losing our 2nd daughter at birth and more recently, I faced the loss of my sister to breast cancer.  Growing yourself, no doubt in my mind, gives you the strength you need to move forward in your life.  If we don’t improve ourselves, we can’t expect to improve our situation in life!

I guess this is one of the reasons I fell in love with the network marketing business model .  The built-in personal development offered by companies like Evolv, help you to realize that investing in yourself and your own growth is paramount when trying to achieve your goals.  In Robert Kiyosaki’s book,“The Business of The 21st Century“, he endorses network marketing and talks about 8 assets that this industry brings. While I won’t list them all, I have to mention Asset #2. It is all about:  “A Profitable Path of Personal Development”. Most networking marketing companies offer business training & personal development training as part of the overall business investment.  You’ll often hear people in our industry talk about how their network marketing business changed their life.
