This time of year everyone is talking about goals. It’s a new year and along with it come new aspirations, new dreams and new goals to achieve. Unfortunately, many set goals and then are unable to follow through. In fact, according to a study by Leadership IQ (see more info below the video), approximately 85% of all New Year Resolutions are abandoned within the first 90 days!

Note: Please excuse my lack of videography skills! As many of you know, I have only recently begun delving into this wonderful world of video blogging and I am still learning the tricks of the trade. Thanks for your patience with me through this and if you are thinking of doing some videos of your own – Do It! It is a fantastic tool and a great way to share your message!
During September and October, 2010, Leadership IQ surveyed 4,690 individuals about their goals (2,506 women and 2,184 men responded). Study participants came from a range of countries with the majority coming from the United States and Canada.

Great reminders Deborah. I am working with a coach in 2011 – first time doing so for me, but I know that in the past I have always performed best when I had someone I respected and trusted to bounce ideas off of. Have to work on my leverage! Thank you
Your such an inspiration – keep up the good work.
